Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, England, Norway, and the rest of the EU.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

  • up to 10kg - €4.95

  • up to 20kg - €12.95

  • up to 31.5kg - €24.95

  • over 31.5kg - Freight shipping (€110)

For self-pickup, we will inform you by email when your goods are ready and how to pick them up. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.

Deliveries abroad:

Zone 1 (EU): Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic:

  • up to 10kg - €19.90

  • up to 20kg - €29.90

  • up to 31.5kg - €44.90

  • over 31.5kg - Freight shipping (€150)

Zone 1 (Non-EU): Liechtenstein, Switzerland:

  • up to 10kg - €24.90

  • up to 20kg - €44.90

  • up to 31.5kg - €59.90

  • over 31.5kg - Freight shipping (€150)

Zone 2: Andorra, Great Britain, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City:

  • up to 10kg - €24.90

  • up to 20kg - €34.90

  • up to 31.5kg - €44.90

  • over 31.5kg - Freight shipping (€150)

Zone 3 (EU): Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus + Norway:

  • up to 10kg - €24.90

  • up to 20kg - €34.90

  • up to 31.5kg - €49.90

  • over 31.5kg - Freight shipping (€150)

For bulky goods (freight shipping) abroad, we charge the following:
The CubeKIT and CubeKIT mini are shipped by freight:
EU + Switzerland, Liechtenstein, England, Norway: €200 per item

For parcel-shippable goods ordered together with a CubeKIT or CubeKIT mini, no additional shipping costs apply.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the product description.

For self-pickup, we will inform you by email when your goods are ready and about pickup options. No shipping costs are charged in this case.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3 to 10 business days, and deliveries abroad take 7 to 21 business days after contract conclusion (or after your payment instruction in case of prepayment).
Please note there is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together unless agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Additional Payment Details

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and companies.
The invoice amount is due within 14 days after receipt of invoice.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged at the time of contract conclusion.
